William at the front desk was exceptional to work with. Hw went above and beyond for us that first day, we had been up for over 24 hours just dealt with some rude grumpy people at the airport and then the rental place and we got there he went out of his way to get us coffee and muffins even though the kitchen was closing. He made checking in a breeze and made us realize not everyone was going to be grumpy. It turned our outlook of North Carolina around!

Location was great. It put us within a few miles of where we needed to be without dealing with the Hassel of traffic and downtown.

Lady behind the counter was very helpful multiple times. Represented Marriott well when a patron from the hotel across the street came to complain about something completely out of her control and had nothing to do with Marriott.

nicest desk staff. genuinely welcoming. I liked that the hotel was in the style of the area, not a typical modern hotel

The hotel was close to my destination and my room and sheets were really clean, the breakfast was good
