The room size, bathroom separated from sink area, good rug, clean wallpaper, comfortable bed, availability of restaurant on premises, very short distance to fairgrounds.

i forget the name of the guy that checked me in, super friendly, very professional, best checkin of my ten days on the road by far, give that man a raise.

Location was great. It put us within a few miles of where we needed to be without dealing with the Hassel of traffic and downtown.

William at the front desk was exceptional to work with. Hw went above and beyond for us that first day, we had been up for over 24 hours just dealt with some rude grumpy people at the airport and then the rental place and we got there he went out of his way to get us coffee and muffins even though the kitchen was closing. He made checking in a breeze and made us realize not everyone was going to be grumpy. It turned our outlook of North Carolina around!

Lady behind the counter was very helpful multiple times. Represented Marriott well when a patron from the hotel across the street came to complain about something completely out of her control and had nothing to do with Marriott.
